As part of the growth agenda the organisation is being scaled and transformed to a global GCC centre with various verticals, Marketing being one such, in addition to the existing logistics footprint.   About the Role: As the Executive – Programmatic & Social (Biddable Media) should have experience in digital marketing, specifically in executing and optimizing campaigns across platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk, and Meta Ads.
A solid understanding of media buying fundamentals, data analysis, and platform operations is essential, along with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  Job Title:  Executive - Paid Media Buyer - Programmatic & Social Location: [On-site] Department: Digital Marketing / Performance Advertising Reports To: [Digital Marketing Manager / Head of Paid Media] Job Summary: We are seeking a  Paid Media Buyer specializing in  Ad Networks and  social media platforms to plan, execute, and optimize high-impact digital campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with ad platforms, and a track record of driving measurable ROI through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:   Campaign Strategy & Execution: Manage end-to-end paid campaigns across  Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Tik Tok, Linked In, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube, Performance Max).
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and platform-specific optimizations.
Meet KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA) and ensure alignment with business goals.
  Media Buying & Optimization: Set up and optimize  ad creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and budgets  for peak performance.
A/B test ad variations (copy, visuals, CTAs) and landing pages.
  Reporting & Insights: Generate performance reports with actionable insights.
Adjust campaigns in real-time based on data trends.
Stay updated on  platform algorithm changes, privacy policies, and emerging ad formats.
   Required Skills & Experience: 2+ years experience in executing and optimising campaigns in  paid media management across social media and other Ad platforms in a B2 C environment.  Proficiency in  Google DV360, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Tiktok Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets, pivot tables, data visualization).
Nice-to-Have: Experience with  shopping ads (Meta, Google), app install campaigns, or lead generation.
Knowledge of and third-party tools (e.g., Northbeam, Ad Espresso, Trade Desk).
Certifications:  Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, Google Analytics.
