Job Summary:

The Manager of Outbound Sales will drive revenue growth by leading and scaling our outbound sales function. This individual will focus on identifying and capturing new business opportunities, building a high-performance sales team, and developing strategies that meet ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Implement outbound sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets, aligning with the overall company goals.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets and providing ongoing coaching to ensure team success.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the full sales pipeline, ensuring consistent deal flow, tracking key metrics, and optimizing for efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, key prospects, and customer segments, tailoring outreach strategies to target and convert leads.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure a unified approach in messaging, targeting, and customer experience.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the team with the tools, resources, and training necessary for efficient prospecting and effective customer interactions.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly assess and report on sales performance, using data to identify trends, refine tactics, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with high-value prospects and clients, representing us in industry events and conferences.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the SaaS industry.
  • Skills: Proven experience in outbound sales, pipeline management, and strategic planning. Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of SaaS sales cycles, prospecting strategies, and market dynamics.
