About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who can drive sales pipeline growth by effectively implementing presales methodology in lead generation processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and providing tailored solutions to contribute to top-line revenue growth, new customer acquisitions, and profitability.

This role involves making outbound calls and emails to prospects, guiding them through Beroe's service offerings, and preparing them for discussions with closers.

The Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for this position is based on the number of qualified meeting opportunities generated each month.

Candidates should be able to cater to markets in the US, EU, and APAC regions, with expertise in MIS and CRM management.

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in outbound lead generation/tele-sales with cold calling expertise in the B2B domain in the US/EU region
  • Possess knowledge of business email etiquette
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales tools
  • Ability to research and generate leads from allotted accounts, using pointed intel for outbound prospecting
  • Aggressive follow-up on calls and emails to generate meetings on a weekly basis
  • Track record of over-achieving quota/targets in lead generation/Sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Inclination to learn/adapt quickly to changing business needs
  • Highly motivated with good energy levels
  • Ability to work in a team and as an individual contributor as required
