We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Pimpri branch, ensuring smooth operations, academic quality, and growth in student enrollments.
Role Overview
The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall management and profitability of the Pimpri branch. This includes academic administration, sales & marketing coordination, team management, and maintaining high levels of student satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including scheduling, facilities, and staff coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards
- Manage budgets, expenses, and resource allocation
Sales & Admissions
- Drive admissions targets by implementing local marketing strategies
- Coordinate with the central marketing team for campaigns, events, and promotions
- Conduct counselling sessions for students and parents to facilitate admissions
Academic Quality & Student Experience
- Monitor faculty performance and ensure timely completion of syllabus
- Address student and parent queries promptly and professionally
- Ensure a disciplined and positive learning environment
Team Leadership
- Manage, train, and motivate academic and non-academic staff
- Conduct regular review meetings to track progress and resolve challenges
- Foster teamwork, accountability, and high performance
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in branch/center management, preferably in the education sector
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to meet targets and manage teams effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
