Position Sr. Executive/ Associate Manager – Sales Operations
Experience- (3-5 year)
Job Description: The candidate should have a strong background in Office 365 Word Excel Power Point Outlook automation. Coordinate within the CRM and HC COE Team members onshore and offshore to facilitate the data and help in monitoring.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain and manage the CRM and HC COE data to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Collect develop analyse and share various reports, forecasts, roadmaps, and dashboards to support decision-making. Manage and optimise all the shared documents archival for easy and anywhere anytime retrieval. Support the CRM and HC COE team with tools, templates, and resources to enhance productivity. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Manage and synchronise the stakeholder calendars for maximising the productivity
Desired Profile
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good Experience and hands-on Office365.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment and get the work done from the stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Should have flexibility, adaptability to work schedules, and work towards effective and quality delivery.
