Job Overview
To effectively lead a team of associates within an RWS function, you will need to collaborate with other group heads to ensure timely production of high-quality deliverables.Main Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations for a group of associates and ensure adequate staffing of programs.
- Oversee the delivery of tasks and projects assigned to your team.
- Ensure effective communication of project information to teams and to global/unit heads.
- Work with other group and function heads to prioritize programs and assign resources according to agreed strategy and timelines.
- Identify issues and resource gaps, and negotiate solutions in collaboration with other group and function heads.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and processes and to regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement training plans and talent management strategies for all assigned associates.
- Promote innovation, external focus, and commitment to developing people and processes.
- Contribute as an individual contributor within line function as dictated by project needs and resource capacity.
Key Performance Indicators
- Timeliness and quality of deliverables produced by the team in accordance with KPIs specified regarding timelines and compliance to internal and external standards.
- Efficiency of resource usage through adequate staffing of programs.
- Recruitment, retention, and development of talent in the group.
