If you enjoy guiding parents, managing admissions, and creating a welcoming school environment, we’d love to meet youKey ResponsibilitiesManage and respond to parent enquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, social media).Conduct school tours and clearly explain curriculum, programs, and facilities.Assist parents through the admission and onboarding process.Track inquiries, maintain follow-up schedules, and achieve admission conversion targets.Support in open houses, events, and parent engagement programs.Collaborate with academic and admin teams for smooth operations.Requirements3+ years of experience in school admissions, counselling, customer service, or a related field.Strong communication & interpersonal skills.Pleasant personality with a passion for early childhood education.Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.Candidates currently based in Bangalore or Mumbai preferred (relocation support can be discussed).What We OfferCompetitive salary + performance incentivesPositive, child-friendly work environmentGrowth opportunities in administrative and leadership roles
