**Main Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to new leads and follow up regularly.
- Explain courses and services in a clear and simple way.
- Answer questions and guide students/parents over the phone.
- Keep records of calls, leads, and admissions.
- Work to achieve monthly targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Prior experience in telecalling is preferred (not mandatory).
- Good communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Tamil**.
- Confident, convincing, and polite personality.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.).

**About the Role**:
We are hiring a dedicated and energetic Academic Counsellor / Admission Counsellor / Education Counsellor at MAAC Salem.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Dial 250-300 outbound calls daily to prospective students.
- Invite and motivate students to visit the center and ensure regular walk-ins.
- Once students and parents walk in, counsel them on career opportunities, course offerings, and placement support.
- Maintain accurate data of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversations.
- Work towards achieving monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Be target-oriented, aggressive, and proactive in driving results.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Fresher or 2-3 years of experience in counselling or Sales.
- Languages Required: English, Tamil, and Hindi (fluency is mandatory).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high call volume and work under targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, record-keeping).
- Knowledge and Contact about Colleges & Schools in Salem is Mandatory
- Must have worked in Similar role and with good admission record

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
