If you enjoy guiding parents, managing admissions, and creating a welcoming school environment, we’d love to meet youKey Responsibilities- Manage and respond to parent enquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, social media).- Conduct school tours and clearly explain curriculum, programs, and facilities.- Assist parents through the admission and onboarding process.- Track inquiries, maintain follow-up schedules, and achieve admission conversion targets.- Support in open houses, events, and parent engagement programs.- Collaborate with academic and admin teams for smooth operations.Requirements- 3+ years of experience in school admissions, counselling, customer service, or a related field.- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.- Pleasant personality with a passion for early childhood education.- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.- Candidates currently based in Bangalore or Mumbai preferred (relocation support can be discussed).What We Offer- Competitive salary + performance incentives- Positive, child-friendly work environment- Growth opportunities in administrative and leadership roles
