The ideal candidate spans all aspects of IAM and will work alongside Product Management, Architects, Engineers, and Security experts to provide a best-in-class user experience for our end users.In this role, a commitment to teamwork, hustle, and strong communication skills are absolute requirements.ESSENTIAL & ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with key business units, developers, vendors, and security engineers, working closely with the CISO to define and implement standards and best practices.Support dozens of internal applications and integrations with external facing customers.Integrate with third-party software and on-premises infrastructure.Ensure high availability and a seamless user experience.Design, conduct impact analysis, analyze data, and create work effort estimates for new features and improvements.Engage in cross-team communication to facilitate effective collaboration.Lead and participate in automation and process improvement initiatives.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEEducation: Degree in Computer Science or equivalent software engineering degree.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESGeneralDesign, develop, and implement CIAM solutions integrating with a variety of systems and platforms.Manage and maintain CIAM IDP tools through PingIdentity, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.Utilize orchestration tools like PingOne DaVinci to automate and streamline identity workflows.Implement and manage identity proofing processes to ensure secure user authentication and verification.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align CIAM solutions with business objectives.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture designs, implementation plans, and operational procedures.Implement, manage, and support technologies such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), FIDO authentication, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Governance & Administration.Apply in-depth understanding of identity protocols such as OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth, SAML, AD-Fed, API Gateways, and SCIM.Support CIAM infrastructure upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in identity and access management.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.Required5 years managing and leading in the IAM/CIAM space.Expert understanding of OIDC, OAuth, & SAML.Deep understanding of Selectors, Policy Trees, IdP & SP Connections, and LDAP directory management.Comfortable with PingFederate, PingDirectory, PingDataProxy, PingOne Davinci and PingID MFA.DesiredExperience migrating from on-prem to cloud.Certifications in cybersecurity.Familiarity with PingOne Protect.Understanding of delivering a Passwordless user experience.WORKING CONDITIONSThis job works in a typical office environment with controlled air climate (cooling/heating) and moderate noise levels – no unusual exposures. This job will use computer, keyboard, monitor, telephone, copier, scan/fax machine as well as other office equipment. May occasionally lift, push, or pull material or boxes/materials weighing up to approximately 15 lbs. Job is primarily performed sitting at a desk. Headset can be requested. Job requires repetitive use of hands and wrists on a keyboard and viewing a monitor. Movement consists of occasional reaching, twisting, turning and bending to side and above to perform job duties.
