Role Summary
Help convert inbound leads (website, Instagram/WhatsApp, phone) into paid bookings for premium Alive experiences. You’ll respond fast, qualify needs, recommend options, and keep tidy records.
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)
• Work week: 5 days
Duration: 2–3 months (extendable)
• Reporting to: Growth/Revenue Lead
Stipend: ₹10K/month (plus performance incentives)
What You’ll Do
- First Response: Acknowledge new leads quickly (DM/WhatsApp/call) and log them in the CRM.
- Discovery: Ask basics—date, budget, group size, location, vibe, then shortlist 2–3 matching experiences.
- Follow-ups: Send concise WhatsApp summaries, payment links/next steps, and gentle reminders.
- Pipeline Hygiene: Keep stages updated; ensure every lead has a clear next action + timestamp.
- Post-Booking Assist: Share confirmations, answer FAQs, collect feedback/testimonials.
What You’ll Learn
- Consultative selling for premium experiences
- CRM discipline and simple funnel metrics (lead → won)
- Objection handling without discounting by default
- Writing crisp, friendly WhatsApp/call scripts
Must-Haves
- Strong written & spoken English.
- Friendly phone/WhatsApp presence; quick typing and clean formatting
- Basic Google Sheets; comfort with checklists and templates
- High ownership and reliability
Good-to-Have
- Prior customer contact / tele-sales / hospitality internship
- Familiarity with Instagram/Meta lead forms or WhatsApp Business
KPIs (Intern)
- Speed to First Response: ≤ 5 minutes during working hours
- Follow-up Discipline: 100% leads carry a next step
- Conversion Assist: Hit weekly won-deals target set by manager
