1. Role Overview:

We are looking for a Structured Cabling Pre-Sales Technical Resource with strong technical expertise and excellent client engagement skills. The candidate will work closely with the sales team to design, present, and propose structured cabling solutions for enterprise and data center environments.

2. Key Responsibilities:

- Understand client requirements for structured cabling (Cat6, Cat6A, Fiber, etc.).

- Design and propose structured cabling solutions, including layout planning, BOM, and solution architecture.

- Prepare technical documentation, SOWs, compliance sheets, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.

- Support sales teams with technical presentations and site surveys.

- Liaise with OEMs, vendors, and internal delivery teams for optimal solution alignment.

- Participate in product and solution trainings and keep updated with latest standards and trends.

3. Required Skills and Experience:

- In-depth knowledge of structured cabling standards (TIA/EIA, ISO).

- Experience in preparing BOQs, layout drawings, and solution documents.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Visio, or similar design tools.

- Strong documentation and communication skills.

- Client-facing experience in technical or pre-sales roles.

- Understanding of data center or enterprise network infrastructure (preferred).

4. Qualifications:

- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT or related field.

- 3–6 years of experience in structured cabling or ICT pre-sales.

- BICSI or vendor-specific certification is a plus (e.g., Panduit, Legrand, Molex).

5. Compensation and Growth:
