Frido is a fast-growing D2C brand committed to enhancing everyday comfort with innovative, customer-centric products. After strong success in the Indian market, we're now expanding across the GCC region. To support this growth, we're looking for a Growth Marketer who has prior experience running campaigns for the Saudi or UAE markets.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of Gulf region consumers, particularly in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. You will manage and scale paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and ideally TikTok Ads, with the goal of acquiring and retaining customers in the GCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Own growth metrics like CAC, ROAS, CTR, and LTV
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Analyze performance via Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
- Work closely with design, content, and product teams
- Stay updated on local consumer trends and platform changes
- Prepare and share weekly performance reports and insights
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
- Based in Saudi Arabia, UAE, or India/elsewhere with hands-on experience in campaigns targeting KSA or UAE
- 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing (D2C or e-commerce preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
- Experience with TikTok Ads is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
- Clear understanding of GCC consumer behavior and digital trends
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
