Why This Role Matters

FitnessForce is redefining how marketing is done in SaaS - putting AI at the core of content, campaigns, and growth. This role is about thinking with AI, executing with speed, and validating with a sharp, human eye . You'll use AI to accelerate the groundwork, then layer your own creativity, strategy, and proofing to deliver results.

You won't just "run marketing" - you'll shape how marketing happens in an AI-first SaaS company .

Key Responsibilities
  • AI-Powered Execution – Use tools like ChatGPT, ClaudeAI, Perplexity etc., to research, plan, and execute campaigns - and proofread/validate the output before publishing.
  • Content & Social Management – Manage our LinkedIn, Blog, Social Media and online profiles (G2, Capterra, other review sites). Keep them fresh, relevant, and engaging.
  • Website Updates – Plan and execute content updates to reflect campaigns, product changes, and events.
  • Email Marketing – Plan, write, and manage targeted campaigns for customers and prospects. Segment audiences and track engagement.
  • Feature Launches – Gather updates from the product/dev team, package them into clear announcements, and launch via appropriate channels.
  • Event Planning – Remotely plan and coordinate online/offline events, webinars, and marketing activities. Travel if required.
What We're Looking For
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing (digital, content, or growth roles)
  • Proficient with at least one AI assistant tool (ChatGPT, ClaudeAI, Perplexity, etc.) — more than just basic prompts
  • Comfortable using AI for research, content creation, workflow automation, and analysis
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills for AI-generated content
  • Data-driven mindset with a knack for turning numbers into actionable insights
  • Hands-on with social media management and content scheduling tools
  • Bonus: Experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, or fitness industry, experienced in tools like n8n
