In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams — ensuring every customer receives a seamless and satisfying experience through timely communication, issue resolution, and professional service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesClient CommunicationHandle client queries efficiently via phone, email, and in-person interactions.Conduct site visits as required to provide personalized support and resolve issues.Customer Service ExcellenceEnsure high levels of client satisfaction by managing and resolving complaints effectively.Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in all customer interactions.Data & Process ManagementMaintain detailed records of all client communications, issues, and resolutions.Prepare regular reports and insights on customer service performance and feedback.Collaboration & CoordinationLiaise with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.Partner with sales and operations teams to enhance the overall customer journey.Continuous ImprovementIdentify areas for improving service quality and customer experience.Contribute ideas and strategies to strengthen client management processes.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, client management, or a related domain (insurance industry experience preferred).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and common customer service tools/software.Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.Willingness to travel for client visits when required.Perks & BenefitsCompetitive CTC of ₹30,000 per month.Be part of one of the fastest-growing industries in India — InsurTech.Opportunities for career growth and professional development within PolicyEra.A collaborative, positive, and inclusive work culture.Why Join PolicyEra?At PolicyEra, we don’t just serve clients — we build relationships.
