Job Title: Travel Insurance- Sales

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 1-3+ years

Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented sales professional with 1–2 years of experience in general or travel insurance sales. The role involves a healthy mix of office and field work, including direct dealings with agents and B2B clients. The candidate should be comfortable generating leads, closing sales and managing relationships within the travel and general insurance domains.

Responsibilities:

i. Promote and sell travel and general insurance products

ii. Generate leads and drive sales through agent networks, referrals, field visits and B2B partnerships

iii. Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, partners and clients

iv. Handle office and field activities to support sales growth Understand client needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions

v. Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and post-sales support

vi. Maintain records of leads, visits, follow-ups, and conversions

Work Mode & Schedule:

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Office + Field Work

Qualifications:

i. Graduate in any discipline 1–2 years of experience in sales (insurance/travel-related industry preferred)

ii. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently, handle B2B engagements and meet targets

iii. Familiarity with insurance policies, travel sales and agent/channel partner management
