Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused
Travel Consultant
to handle end-to-end travel services for clients based in the United States. The role involves assisting customers with flight, hotel, and holiday bookings, managing travel queries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer experiences during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support for US-based clients.
  • Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, re-bookings, and itinerary changes.
  • Provide information on flights, hotels, Cruise, car rentals, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
  • Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo to make bookings.
  • Ensure accurate issuance of tickets, invoices, and travel documents.
  • Handle travel-related complaints and provide timely resolutions.
  • Stay updated with airline policies, fare rules, and travel regulations.
  • Meet sales and service targets as set by the company.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction in all interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant / Travel Agent (International experience preferred).
  • Hands-on knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in
    night shifts (US time zones)
    .
