If you have a gene to not get frizzled during key decisions of the organization and can take flawless decisions, this team is looking for you.About the role :We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Operations Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on employer branding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. In this role, you will help build and promote a positive employer brand, enhance employee satisfaction, and manage essential HR functions to ensure a smooth, effective work environment for all employees.What You will do :Own the end-to-end management of employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.Partner with benefits vendors and brokers to negotiate contracts and ensure smooth service delivery.Maintain and update benefits-related HR policies and procedures.Collaborate with payroll, finance, and HR teams to ensure accurate benefits administration and data integrity.Support day-to-day HR operations including HR reporting to various internal stakeholders, and data management.What you will need :Bachelors or Masters degree with specialization in HR field2-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and recruitment processes.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillProven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlinesLife at slice :Life so good, you’d think we’re kidding: - Competitive salaries.
