Job Overview
Doctor Safe Towels is seeking a Junior Performance Marketing professional to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. This is a full-time role aimed at individuals with a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will play a critical role in advancing our ecommerce strategy and enhancing content marketing practices, contributing to the growth of our vibrant brand within the home textiles industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- Digital Marketing (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in utilizing digital channels to enhance brand presence and drive customer engagement.
- Ecommerce Strategy (Mandatory skill): Ability to develop and implement effective ecommerce strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Content Marketing (Mandatory skill): Strong skills in creating and distributing valuable, relevant content to attract and engage target audiences.
- SEO: Hands-on experience in optimizing website content to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Email Marketing: Competency in designing and executing email campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Social Media Marketing: Expertise in managing social media platforms to build brand visibility and customer loyalty.
- Ecommerce marketing from D2c: Experience in direct-to-consumer marketing strategies that increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Performance marketing, social media and branding: Ability to run performance-driven campaigns to enhance social media presence and strengthen brand identity.

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to meet and exceed company's growth objectives.
- Implement effective digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, focusing on key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging marketing content that aligns with brand messaging.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance.
