Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on Performance Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve target KPIs.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and best practices.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Work closely with other marketing team members to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as agencies and vendors.
  • Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnerships
  • Plan and execute campaigns and events
  • Track, analyze and report the success of those campaigns and events
  • Create online and offline marketing content
  • Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years' of marketing experience
  • Any Marketing or a related field of study
  • Excellent writing and communication skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
