Position: D2C & E-commerce Leader
Overview:
Seeking a data-driven, agile leader to drive growth and profitability across digital and e-commerce channels. This role owns performance marketing, DTC sales, e-commerce operations, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance online revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute ROI-driven marketing across Google, Meta, YouTube, SEO, influencers, and affiliates.
- Own and optimize the full DTC sales funnel (AOV, CVR, LTV, etc.).
- Lead e-commerce operations (CAC, ROAS, CVR, RTO, etc.).
- Manage campaign planning, traffic analytics, and marketing budgets.
- Drive creative content and influencer strategies.
- Enhance website UX and mobile responsiveness.
- Collaborate across teams (product, finance, logistics).
- Leverage analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Meta, CRM) for insight-led growth.
KPIs:
Net Revenue, ROAS, CAC, AOV, CVR, Bounce Rate, Retention, LTV, Campaign CPA/CTR/CPM, RTO%, Delivery TAT.
Who You Are:
Strategic, highly analytical, execution-focused, fast learner, thrives in high-growth environments.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years post-MBA or 6+ years post-B.Tech
- Proven DTC e-commerce and performance marketing success.
- Tools: Shopify, GA4, Meta/Google Ads, Klaviyo, Hotjar.
- Strong leadership, data literacy, and a passion for fitness/lifestyle/fashion.
