Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Fresher to join our team at Al Fahad Tour and Travel. This full-time position is based in our Noida and Thane locations. As a fresher in this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and implement sales strategies to enhance our customer base. We are looking for highly motivated individuals eager to start their careers in the travel industry.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong customer service skills to ensure a satisfying client experience (Mandatory skill).
  • Negotiation skills to effectively close deals and manage contracts with clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to attract new clients.
  • Engage with potential customers through various channels to introduce and promote our travel services.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall client satisfaction and service efficiency.
  • Regularly update product knowledge to keep abreast of our travel services and market trends.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide insightful feedback for sales strategies and service improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Support the team in resolving any customer service issues or travel-related queries.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures to uphold the quality and integrity of our services.
