Job Overview
We are seeking a Travel Sales professional to join our team in Noida. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with a work experience ranging from a minimum of 0 years to a maximum of 1 year. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Knowledge of Travel Destinations: Familiarity with popular travel destinations to recommend to clients.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate packages and services effectively to benefit both the client and the company.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure all bookings, reservations, and travel plans are accurate and error-free.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the booking process.
- Time Management: Manage multiple client inquiries and bookings efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Provide excellent customer support and service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Sales Techniques (Mandatory skill): Apply sales strategies to maximize revenue and meet sales targets.
- Communication Skills (Mandatory skill): Display strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and vendors.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and provide travel-related information and guidance.
- Create and sell tailor-made travel packages to meet client needs and budget.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for the best deals on travel packages and services.
- Maintain and update client records and travel documentation accurately.
- Provide timely communication and follow-up with clients regarding their travel plans and itineraries.
- Resolve any client complaints or issues swiftly and professionally.
- Stay updated with market trends, popular travel destinations, and competitive products.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new strategies to attract clients and increase sales.
