We're looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to join our mission and grow our international footprint.


🚀 What You’ll Get:

  • Attractive Commission: Earn 25% of all monthly revenue you generate – no cap, no limits, including recurring revenues from your key accounts
  • Path to Stability: After approximately 6 months of proven results, you will have the opportunity to move to a base salary + 25% commission model. The first six months are 25% commission based only.

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales/business development – ideally in pharma, retail, drug chains, grocery, etc.
  • Strong network in supplements is a big plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Passion for health and lifestyle products
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a big plus)


💼 Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach new distribution partners, retailers, and sales channels
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships
  • Develop and execute custom sales strategies across regions
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maximize impact


💸 Your Results – Your Income:

Example: You generate USD 100,000 in monthly revenue → You earn USD 25,000 (paid out by the end of each month)

  • There is no cap on earnings – the more you sell, the more you earn.
  • Recurring revenues from your key accounts are yours and accumulate each month.
