Your mission is not only to grow revenue but to establish SCG as a trusted partner in India’s construction and industrial ecosystem . This role combines customer engagement, market development, and solution-based selling in an environment where your ideas and initiatives truly matter.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across construction, infrastructure, and industrial markets .Develop and nurture long-term relationships with developers, contractors, distributors, and key stakeholders.Promote SCG’s portfolio of sustainable and innovative solutions as value-driven offerings to customers.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic sales planning.Lead the complete sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, negotiations, and closures.Work closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.Represent SCG at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and professional networking events.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.0–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or industrial products.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment.New graduates with ambition and learning agility are welcome to apply.Career DevelopmentJoining SCG India means being part of a growth story with regional and global exposure.
