Job Overview

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM Software to manage customer relationships efficiently.
  • Understanding of Salesforce for tracking leads and sales processes effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills to build and maintain customer trust.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and report generation.
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Cold calling experience to engage new prospects effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven lead generation skills to increase the company's sales pipeline (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and maintain profitable margins (Mandatory skill).

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and lucrative business opportunities.
  • Engage in cold calling to generate interest and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with senior sales team members to develop sales strategies and approaches.
  • Maintain and update sales and client data in the CRM system accurately.
  • Participate in sales meetings to share progress, insights, and strategies for potential sales.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to nurture relationships with existing clients.
  • Support in negotiation processes to close deals and achieve sales targets.
