The Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales, end-to-end sales experience, and excellent communication skills in English. The role requires a proactive individual with a passion for sales, an ability to build relationships with clients, and the drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Sell products/services to potential clients over the phone, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product knowledge and consultative selling to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to final sale, ensuring all documentation and follow-up tasks are completed.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM software.

Ideal Profile

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in international sales, preferably in [industry/sector].
  • Strong track record in end-to-end sales and closing deals.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
