International Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Executive to expand our global presence in medical and surgical products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with international clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and develop new international markets for medical and surgical products.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare distributors, importers, and medical institutions globally.
- Sales & Negotiation: Pitch products, negotiate pricing and contracts, and close deals with international buyers.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements in different countries.
- Order Management: Coordinate with the logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with international healthcare regulations and certifications (FDA, CE, ISO, etc.).
- Sales Reporting: Maintain records of sales, forecasts, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Travel & Networking: Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and medical conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years in international sales, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceutical products, or surgical equipment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Sales & Negotiation: Strong ability to persuade and close high-value deals.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with global healthcare regulations, import-export laws, and distribution channels.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
- Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel internationally for business meetings and trade shows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in selling medical consumables, hospital equipment, or surgical items.
- Knowledge of regulatory approvals and certifications required for different countries.
- Strong network with international healthcare distributors and hospitals.
