Sales Intern
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of sales and marketing while working closely with seasoned professionals in the field. The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Requirements:
Work closely with the Sales Head to identify the right sales leads and build prospect lists.
Research potential market opportunities and share the data with the Sales Head.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on sales enablement assets (pitch briefs, sales decks, email/ad campaign content, etc.)
The intern is responsible for customizing existing assets to suit ICP segments and working with the marketing team to build new assets as and when required.
Draft targeted emails for automated outreach with guidance from the Sales Head.
Provide support to the marketing team, if required, for content improvements or social media assistance.
Assist in creating sales and marketing performance reports and executive summaries.
Eligibility:
Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong research and analytical skills for lead generation and reporting.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
Should have exposure in using Hubspot.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365/Office, Google Workspace/G Suite apps, LinkedIn tools, and Canva for lead generation and asset customization/creation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with B2B sales and marketing strategies.
Basic understanding of prospecting and outreach tools (6Sense, etc.) and CRM software (HubSpot).
Exposure to social media content creation and marketing campaigns.
Work Requirements:
Available for a full-time remote internship from
12 PM – 9 PM IST
.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively while taking guidance from the Sales Head and Marketing Team, and "managing up" to provide consistent updates on project progress, challenges you've encountered, solutions you've identified, etc.

Since this is a completely work-from-home position, you will also require the following -
● High-speed internet connectivity for video calls and efficient work.
● Capable business-grade computer (e.g., modern processor, 8 GB+ of RAM, and no other
obstacles to interrupted efficient work).
● Headphones with clear audio quality.
● Stable power connection and backups in case of internet/power failure.
Please note that this is a full-time, 6-month internship with a monthly stipend of ₹15,000.
