Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager – Overseas RecruitmentLocation: ChennaiExperience: 2-3 years in overseas recruitment operations & deploymentSALARY : 25k-35k per month Job Description:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to support our overseas recruitment and deployment processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing documentation, coordination with clients and candidates, and ensuring smooth mobilization of selected candidates to overseas job sites.Key Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end deployment process including visa, medical, ticketing, and travel coordination.Liaise with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure timely mobilization.Maintain accurate records of deployment status and compliance documents.Support operations team in project planning, process improvement, and reporting.Handle correspondence with embassies, travel agents, and government authorities when required.Ensure adherence to company policies and overseas recruitment regulations.Requirements:Experience in overseas recruitment / deployment operations.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and database management.Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines.
