This is a senior-level role requiring strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to contribute strategically to both product development and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership in the development, design, and optimization of refractory products and solutions.
  • Guide material selection, manufacturing processes, and application techniques to ensure product excellence and reliability.
  • Lead investigations into refractory performance, failures, and service life improvements, delivering actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to maintain world-class manufacturing standards.
  • Contribute to business development by providing technical expertise during client engagements and project discussions.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers and technical personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental best practices.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Ceramic Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in refractory manufacturing, technology, or application.
  • Demonstrated expertise in refractory material science, testing protocols, and industrial application methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex technical challenges.
  • Proven ability to lead technical projects and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
