About the roleWe are seeking an energetic and motivated SDR to support our mission. This is a full time role that
involves active outbound calling. This opportunity is located in Surat.
- Engage with potential customers by making outbound calls to leads generated through our marketing efforts
- Understand user needs and explain how BluPack's services can benefit them and their families.
- Educate customers about our healthcare solutions and address their questions.
- Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in lead conversion rates.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives by developing presentations and materials.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance customer engagement strategies.
- Conduct Market Research at scheduled intervals to gather insights
- Increase Customer Retention amongst existing users
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Interest in sales and healthcare technology.
- Experience in a similar role of about 3-5 years.
