We are delighted to inform about the establishment of “Cocoa Crushing Facility” as JAI BHAWANI COCOA COTE D'IVOIRE in San Padro, Ivory Coast.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for an Accounts and Office Manager . The candidate will be responsible for managing comprehensive financial operations, office administration, and international trade documentation. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable/receivable, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
The role also covers general office management, supervising administrative staff, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. In addition, the candidate will manage international trade-related tasks such as shipping line procedures, Bill of Lading (BL) switching, banking formalities, and documentation for imports/exports . The position requires close coordination with banks, shipping lines, auditors, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant business operations.
- Experience : 5–10 years of proven experience in accounts, office management, or a related role. Prior experience in import/export, shipping, or FMCG trading environments is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, record-keeping, accounts payable/receivable , and preparation of financial statements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) and advanced Excel skills for reporting and financial analysis.
- Hands-on experience with shipping and logistics procedures , including BL switchings, international trade documentation, and banking processes .
- Knowledge of banking documentation such as Letters of Credit, remittances, and trade finance.
- Skills in general management and office administration , including staff supervision and resource management.
- Familiarity with statutory compliance, regulatory filings, and audit coordination .
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional certification (CA/CPA/CMA) is an added advantage.
- Preference : A person of Indian origin or a current Dubai resident will be preferred.
