Alchemist [Mumbai office] is growing and we have full-time opportunities for talent with 2 to 5 years experience in Brand Solutions / New Business Development. The ideal candidate should have functioned in an advertising agency and/or have a media background such as print, radio, digital, outdoor, television as a part of the revenue / advertising sales / brand solutions team. Excellent communication skills, go-getter and problem solving attitude are prerequisites for this role. The role includes networking with clients across sectors to drive integrated marketing solutions including AOR pitches, digital marketing solutions, special projects.

Selected day-to-day and overall responsibilities include:


• Fixing meetings and liaising with CXO levels across sectors – Chairman, MD, CEO, COO, CMO, CFO, CIO, CPO, CHRO


• Finding prospective clients and working closely with the brand/creative solutions team on briefs received


• Generating new leads


• Tracking competition


• Ensuring a robust pipeline to meet set goals


• Making agency pitch presentations along with the Alchemist senior team


• Providing branding solutions and ideating on the brief received


• Research and marketing strategy based on pitch requirements


• Putting together creative presentations

Experience in real estate or healthcare will be an added advantage.
