Client Partnership Manager

We are looking for a proactive Account Executive / Account Manager with strong analytical and client management skills. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between our clients and internal teams - ensuring projects run smoothly, client expectations are met, and opportunities for growth are identified. You’ll be responsible for staying on top of follow-ups (FU) with your assigned accounts, maintaining consistent communication, and supporting clients with insights and analysis to drive business outcomes.About usCodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product/solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy, and others. We are about 650+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts. - Stay on top of follow-ups (FU) for all current accounts — ensuring timely responses and issue resolution. - Schedule and conduct daily client meetings / check-ins, maintaining strong and transparent communication. - Track, analyze, and report on account performance, key metrics, and project progress. - Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, tech, and design) to ensure client objectives are met on time. - Identify opportunities for account growth and up-selling / cross-selling CodeVyasa’s services. - Maintain detailed documentation of communications, deliverables, and feedback. - Support data-driven decision-making by analyzing trends and providing actionable insights. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Business Analysis (preferably in IT / tech services). - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present insights. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational skills to handle multiple clients and priorities simultaneously. - Proficiency in CRM tools (e.G., Zoho, Freshworks) and MS Office / Google Workspace. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach.Location- Noida Sector-62Working Days- 6 (5 days Work from office)Why Join CodeVyasa? - Work on innovative, high-impact projects with a team of top-tier professionals. - Continuous learning opportunities and professional growth. - Flexible work environment with a supportive company culture. - Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. - Free healthcare coverage.Here's a glimpse of what life at CodeVyasa looks like Life at CodeVyasa.If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out toat sonal.gupta@codevyasa.com
