Our innovative products span healthcare aggregation, payments, finance, and SaaS, making healthcare more accessible and affordable.Responsibilities:Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key institutional partners and accountsAct as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and supportDevelop and execute account plans to meet sales and revenue targets while maximizing account growth opportunitiesIdentify, acquire, and onboard new institutional partnerships to expand the partner ecosystem and achieve monthly acquisition targetsGrow existing accounts by activating new centres/clinics and driving deeper engagement across current partnershipsDevelop a thorough understanding of key accounts needs and business objectives to provide tailored solutionsEngage confidently with C-suite executives, operations managers, and sales representatives to close deals, including commercials and contractual discussionsProactively address and resolve client issues or concerns to ensure high satisfaction and retentionPrepare regular reports, forecasts, and insights for internal and external stakeholders using key account metricsContinuously identify, implement, and execute new strategies to drive business growth and optimize client relationshipsRequirements:Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldPreference: B2B Sales, Institutional Partnerships, or Key Account Management (preferably in Fintech, HealthTech, or SaaS1 to 3 years of experience in key account management or a similar roleExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accountsProficiency in MS OfficeAbility to work for 6-days in a weekWork Location & Schedule:This is a full-time, 6-day working role.Primary work location can be Gurugram or Noida, based on candidate preference.Candidates preferring the Noida office must visit the Gurugram office 2-3 times per month for reviews and team sync-ups.Candidates preferring the Gurugram office are required to visit the Noida office every Saturday for cross-location collaboration and partner engagement.Why Join SaveIN:Opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare and fintech in a high-growth startup backed by Y Combinator.Work closely with leadership to drive meaningful impact in Indias healthcare ecosystem.Growth-oriented, transparent, and collaborative culture.
