Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager – IT Infrastructure Product to drive sales across Server, Storage, Networking, and Security product lines. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands IT service delivery, and can engage effectively with both business and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive product sales in the IT Infrastructure domain – including Server, Storage, Networking, and Security.
  • Understand current market frameworks, service delivery models, and automation tools.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, opportunity management, proposal development, and deal closure.
  • Respond to large-scale RFPs for IT services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including business and IT teams.
  • Engage in strategic, conceptual, and consultative selling.
  • Use CRM systems and MS Office tools (especially Excel) for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Present and negotiate effectively with customers and partners.
  • Work independently, managing your time and priorities effectively.
  • Maintain an active customer base and have a working knowledge of relevant OEMs.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any relevant discipline.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure product sales.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, delivery models, and automation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong customer orientation with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Existing client relationships and familiarity with key OEMs are a plus.
