Mufubu is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound leads, welcoming clients, showcasing our premium range of corporate gifting products, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing product information and quotations.
  • Welcome and assist visiting clients, guiding them through our product display and samples.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable corporate gifting solutions.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure timely order processing.
  • Maintain client records and follow up to convert leads into sales.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in corporate gifting, merchandising, or retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented approach.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
