Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Manager to drive organic traffic growth for large-scale consumer-facing products. This role is ideal for someone with expertise in advanced SEO strategies, technical SEO, and content optimization, with a focus on scaling traffic beyond 1M+ monthly visits. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is data-driven, and can implement innovative SEO solutions at scale.


What Will You Do?
  • Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth.
  • Manage high-traffic web or app products (1M+ monthly visits).
  • Perform in-depth keyword research, content audits, and technical site reviews.
  • Optimize product features, site architecture, and structured data for search visibility.
  • Utilize generative AI tools to automate and enhance content creation for SEO.
  • Implement large-scale backlinking strategies and content distribution initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with development, content, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated.
  • Analyze search performance data, track key metrics, and develop data-driven solutions to improve rankings and visibility.
  • Stay updated with search engine algorithms and industry trends to ensure continued traffic growth.
  • Own and drive SEO experimentation, including A/B testing for impact assessment.
What Are We Looking For?
  • 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally within job portals, marketplaces, or large-scale platforms.
  • Deep expertise in technical SEO, including site architecture, indexing, crawl optimization, and schema markup.
  • Strong understanding of content SEO, including keyword strategy, content gap analysis, and on-page optimization.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and enterprise-level analytics platforms.
  • Experience scaling organic visibility through programmatic SEO and automation.
  • Proficiency in analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights for search performance improvements.
  • Ability to implement scalable link-building and brand reach strategies.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with engineering, content, and marketing teams for seamless SEO execution.
  • Ability to communicate complex SEO strategies and insights to stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with generative AI and its applications in SEO.
  • Knowledge of international SEO and scaling global traffic across multiple regions and devices.
  • Previous success in driving traffic to 1M+ listings or pages.
