Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior LRDI Faculty at Ekoching in Ahmedabad. The Senior LRDI Faculty will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality LRDI (Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation) instructions for CAT aspirants. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans, conducting interactive sessions, creating practice tests, and providing personalized mentoring to ensure students' academic progress. The role also involves staying updated with the latest exam trends and refining the curriculum to meet evolving standards.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation
  • Strong instructional and mentoring skills
  • Ability to create and implement personalized study plans and quizzes
  • Experience in curriculum development and exam trend analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Experience in teaching aptitude-based exams like CAT, CLAT, IPMAT, CMAT is a plus
  • Proficiency in using EdTech tools for teaching
