Programme Manager: Online Learning Division

We are seeking experienced and dynamic faculty members to join our online programmes division. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality, industry-aligned educational content for our online courses and programmes.

The role includes curriculum development, teaching, assessment, and ensuring the overall quality of programme delivery. Faculty members will manage a large pool of adjunct/guest faculty and teaching assistants, ensuring consistency and excellence in course execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop industry-aligned curricula under senior faculty or programme directors guidance.
  • Teach and facilitate certificate programmes, focusing on delivering engaging learning experiences.
  • Grade assignments and assessments, providing timely feedback to students.
  • Coordinate guest faculty, ensuring programme quality with senior faculty collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to reflect current practices and technologies.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise by staying current with computer science and related fields advancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical expertise in AI, business analytics, GenAI, NLP, full stack AI, MLOps, cyber security, cloud computing, DevOps, or software application development.
  • Experience working with complex technology projects.
  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years industry experience in relevant areas.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging and motivating people in an online setting.
