About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Corporate Yoga Instructor to lead and grow the yoga vertical of our corporate wellness program in Gurgaon. This is not just a teaching role — you'll be the subject matter expert (SME) and point person for yoga within our wellness ecosystem, responsible for delivering engaging sessions and ensuring smooth execution at an organisational level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-quality, inclusive yoga sessions (beginner to advanced) tailored to corporate employees.
  • Design structured yoga and mobility programs that align with organisational wellness goals.
  • Execute with consistency: maintain session schedules, attendance, and participant engagement.
  • Collaborate with the broader wellness team (strength & conditioning, nutrition, mental wellness) to integrate yoga into holistic wellness offerings.
  • Take ownership of the yoga vertical — bring creative ideas and ensure they are implemented on ground.
  • Collect feedback, track participation, and report outcomes to continuously improve programming.
  • Support wellness events, challenges, and workshops beyond regular classes.

What We're Looking For

  • Certified Yoga Instructor (200-hour or above, recognised certification such as YCB, RYT-200, or equivalent).
  • 2–4 years of teaching experience, preferably in corporate or group class environments.
  • Strong execution mindset: not just creative ideas, but the ability to make them happen.
  • Professionalism: punctual, dependable, and able to manage schedules independently.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to engage diverse groups of employees with confidence.
  • Passion for driving wellness at scale and making yoga accessible to people of all backgrounds.

Work Hours

  • Sessions across morning and evening slots, aligned with the corporate timetable.
  • Approx. 3–4 sessions per day plus occasional workshops or wellness events.

Compensation

  • Competitive package, commensurate with experience.
  • Our Budget is 4.5 to 5 LPA CTC
