Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager - Sales to be based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and generating revenue for Mana Hotels by meeting predefined sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets by actively promoting Mana Hotels and increasing bookings.
  • Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in Gujarat.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Sales Visits & Networking: Conduct regular sales visits to potential customers across Gujarat, presenting hotel offerings and packages.
  • Negotiations & Closures: Effectively negotiate rates, packages, and contracts to close deals.
  • Promotional Activities: Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitive analysis to the management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of sales experience in the hospitality, travel, or tourism industry.

The candidate should possess:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within Gujarat.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred.
