Inside Sales Executive

Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Intern, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and building the top of the sales funnel. You’ll be trained on various outbound techniques and be actively involved in cold calling, email prospecting, and LinkedIn outreach to drive business opportunities and support our growth initiatives.Key Responsibilities - Lead Generation: - Identify target prospects across defined industries and geographies. - Conduct research on potential clients using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc. - Cold Calling: - Initiate outbound calls to prospects to pitch BMS solutions. - Engage in consultative conversations to qualify leads and schedule follow-up meetings. - Email Prospecting: - Write compelling outreach emails to generate interest. - Manage email sequences and track performance using tools like HubSpot, Mailshake, or Outreach.Io. - LinkedIn Prospecting: - Connect with prospects on LinkedIn and nurture relationships. - Engage in meaningful conversations through messages, comments, and content engagement. - CRM Management: - Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and follow-ups in CRM (e.G., HubSpot or Salesforce). - Track KPIs such as calls made, emails sent, response rate, and appointments booked. - Collaboration & Feedback: - Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams. - Provide feedback on market response, objection trends, and competitor intelligence.What We’re Looking For - Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written). - Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative. - Ability to handle rejection and keep going with a positive attitude. - Interest in B2B technology sales or IT services. - Familiarity with LinkedIn, email tools, and CRM is a plus (training will be provided). - Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.What You’ll Gain - Hands-on experience in outbound B2B sales and prospecting techniques. - Mentorship from experienced sales professionals. - Exposure to cutting-edge IT services and enterprise solutions. - Potential to convert to a full-time role based on performance. - Internship certificate and letter of recommendation.
