Job Overview

Isoftronics is seeking a skilled Sales and Operations Head for Ad Sales to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time, mid-level position that requires a proactive leader to drive successful ad sales operations. The ideal candidate will oversee sales strategies, manage relationships, and ensure coordination between different teams to achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms to effectively manage and optimize ad campaigns (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software to maintain strong client relationships and streamline sales processes (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to use data analytics and reporting tools for informed decision-making and to track sales performance (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in programmatic ad buying for automating the ad buying process and achieving targeted results.
  • Ability to perform sales forecasting to predict future sales and set goals accordingly.
  • Strong leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams and ensure collaborative success.
  • Proven ability to conduct market trend analysis and apply insights for strategic advantage.
  • Experience in crafting and implementing revenue growth strategies to expand business operations effectively.
