We are seeking experienced and driven professionals for the position of Cluster Manager – Health Insurance (Agency Channel) within Noida. The incumbent will be responsible for handling a team, driving sales through the agency channel, recruiting and training agents, and managing key agency partner relationships. This role demands strong leadership, business acumen, and deep knowledge of health insurance products and agency operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team in the Agency Channel for health insurance sales.
  • Drive business targets and ensure profitability within the assigned cluster.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new agents to build a high-performing team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and ensure continuous support and engagement.
  • Monitor team performance regularly and provide feedback and coaching to meet goals.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and IRDAI regulations.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to strategize local sales efforts.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in the Health Insurance industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling within the Agency Channel .

Qualifications:

  • Graduation is mandatory .
  • Postgraduate qualification is preferred .
