We are looking to hire a skilled and proactive HR Generalist to support our growing organization in Hyderabad. As the HR representative in India, you will play a central role in all local HR matters, while collaborating closely with colleagues in Denmark and across the globe. Your Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support talent acquisition Ensure smooth onboarding and contribute to employee retention initiatives Oversee HR legal, administration, and payroll coordination in compliance with Indian local laws and company policies Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR matters Support performance management and employee engagement activities Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Collaborate closely with the global HR team (based in Denmark), ensuring strong alignment with our global values and supporting the ongoing development of our Hyderabad office Work with and further develop HRIS (Human Resource Information System) solutions What we offer An exciting opportunity to be the face of HR in India, with real influence on local practices and employee experience A unique chance to work in a growing company with an international mindset and a people-first culture A dynamic, fast-paced environment where your ideas and contributions are valued Close collaboration with experienced HR professionals and colleagues across Denmark, Sweden, India, the US, and Australia Flexibility to work in a hybrid setup Competitive salary and benefits Opportunities for professional and personal development Qualifications 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role Strong understanding of HR operations, labor law, and compliance in India Experience working with HRIS (e.G., Hibob or Zoho) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of local HR matters Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Familiarity with payroll coordination and statutory compliance is a plus About Travel Operations A/S TravelOperations takes great pride in being extremely professional and ambitious, and we want to be nothing less than the preferred global ERP partner for companies within the travel industry.
