Job Overview :
- TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.
Responsibilities :
- Managing Key Accounts with strong customer relationships for long-term success
- Building strategies to increase CPV's by promoting TE value propositions thru design speck inn's & Competition replacements.
- Respond on new RFQ's and developing new sales opportunities
- Tracking accounts targets and ensure increased sales
- Analyze data and sales statistics and improve business and marketing strategies.
- Mapping competition activities & preparing SWOT analysis to build further strategies.
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for internal teams and stakeholders
- Developing a thorough understanding of key customer's requirements and propose customized solutions
- Communicating as the main point of contact between key customers and internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met
- Negotiating contracts with key customers and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of long-term goals
- Managing & motivating the team to achieve the desired outcomes
Education and Knowdledge - BE/ B. Tech (Electronics, Mechanical ), MBA (preferred)
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software
Critical Experience:
- 5+ Experience in Key Account Management
- Experience in Key Account Mapping
- Experience and Ability to handle multiple tasks and build rapport with customers
- Experience in selling technical products used in automotive Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork
