HomeLane is looking for an experienced performance marketer with strong hands-on expertise in both Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation in the Indian market. This is a high-impact role where you will manage campaigns across multiple channels, driving lead volumes, quality, and ROI through data-driven execution and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Platform Campaign Management – Plan, launch, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Budget & KPI Ownership – Take responsibility for spends, CPL, CVR, and ROI targets.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple cities, tailoring targeting, creatives, and budgets to regional market dynamics.
- Drive high-quality appointment bookings for experience centres, ensuring lead flow aligns with city-level business targets.
- Daily Optimization – Manage bids, budgets, targeting, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance and scale efficiently.
- Creative & Landing Page Testing – Run structured A/B and multivariate tests to maximize conversions.
- Lead Quality Monitoring – Work with sales teams to track lead-to-sale conversion rates and improve quality.
- Advanced Platform Features – Use Performance Max, Advantage+, audience segmentation, and automation to gain competitive advantage.
- Attribution & Tracking – Ensure correct implementation of pixels, events, UTM tracking, and attribution models.
- Performance Insights – Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Market Adaptation – Apply knowledge of Indian consumer behavior and regional nuances in targeting and creative strategy.
- Emerging Channels – Explore and test new ad formats, channels, and platform features to reduce CAC.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record in lead generation for Indian markets with measurable ROI.
- Strong knowledge of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
- Experience in managing large budgets and scaling campaigns while meeting performance targets.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions quickly.
- Familiarity with additional channels like Native, Display, and Affiliate marketing is a plus.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
