Location: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-TimeWorking Hours: UK or US ShiftAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Expert to own and scale our paid acquisition strategy across , Google, Meta, and other digital channels. This role requires someone with deep expertise in performance marketing, campaign strategy, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making. You will manage full-funnel paid campaigns end-to-end, analyze performance rigorously, and consistently deliver measurable results in lead generation, pipeline contribution, and ROI.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across , Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and emerging channels.Own full campaign lifecycle: research, planning, ad creation, testing, optimization, reporting, and scaling.Build and manage high-performing, multi-channel paid campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, and CAC efficiency.Conduct ongoing A/B tests on creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages to improve conversion performance.Analyze data across platforms to identify insights, trends, and optimization opportunities.Manage budgets, forecast performance, and allocate spend effectively across channels.Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment and messaging clarity.Create dashboards, weekly/monthly reports, and recommendations for continuous improvement.Stay up-to-date with evolving ad platform features, algorithm changes, and best practices.Requirements4–7+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with ownership of meaningful budgets.Proven track record of driving measurable results across Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and convert insights into clear strategies.Expertise in conversion tracking, attribution modeling, retargeting, and funnel optimization.Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot/CRM systems, and reporting dashboards.Experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing is strongly preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work during UK or US time zones.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.What We’re Looking ForA growth-focused marketer with strong B2B SaaS experience.A strategist who understands the full customer journey and can design high-ROI campaigns.A practitioner who dives deep into platforms and optimizes daily.Someone who is data-obsessed, agile, and creative with strong problem-solving skills.A self-starter who thrives in a remote, high-ownership environment and can collaborate across teams.Someone comfortable working UK or US hours, depending on business needs.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary + performance incentivesRemote work flexibilityOpportunity to impact a rapidly growing AI recruiting platformCollaborative, innovative team environment
